Breast and Cervical Cancer Program

 

 

The Wyoming Breast & Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program provides financial coverage for a breast exam by an enrolled health care provider, a mamogram, pelvic exam and pap test, and limited diagnostic tests for breast and cervical problems.  It is for women who are 50 years of age and older, have limited income, no insurance or insurance does not cover prevention services.

 

HOW TO APPLY:  Call 1-800-264-1296 for eligibility information and application for women over 50.  Application may also be downloaded from wdh.state.wy.us
