Immunizations

 
     Vaccinations are available for immunizations against hepatitis A & B, diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, polio, haemophilus influenza, measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, pneumonia, meningococcal, rotovirus, shingles (zoster), human papilloma virus and flu.  Tuberculin skin testing is also available.  All vaccinations are given according to current ACIP recommendations.
 
     All shots are kept on file for a permanent record.  Any person under 18 must have a parent or guardian signature for administration.  Prior immunization records must be presented at time of clinic for children age birth through kindergarten entrance.

COST:  A $10.00 donation per person per visit includes all State provided vaccines listed for ages through age 18.  No child is denied for inability to pay.
